Brand Photography for The PostOp Collective in Dallas, Texas
Some businesses are built on trust before anything else, and The PostOp Collective is one of them. Heidi and Eliza are the nurses behind a Dallas concierge post-op nursing practice, and when someone is deciding who will be in their home while they recover from surgery, the photos on the website are doing real work.
We photographed Heidi and Eliza for a set of headshots and branding images their team can use across their marketing, from their website and referral materials to press and social. Polished, professional, and ready to drop anywhere they need them. This is the studio version, of course. When they show up for you, they show up in scrubs and ready to work.
Meet Heidi and Eliza
Heidi Levan, CRNA, BSN, RN, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with more than a decade of high-acuity clinical experience. She started out in pediatric ICU care before moving into nurse anesthesia, and has spent roughly ten years as a CRNA, much of it at a Level I trauma center in Dallas along with outpatient surgical settings.
Eliza Stevens, MBA, BSN, RN, brings a background in emergency nursing, postoperative care, and high-risk obstetrics, plus leadership roles focused on operational standards and patient care. She earned her BSN at TCU and her MBA at SMU.
What Concierge Post-Op Nursing Actually Is
The PostOp Collective provides private, in-home concierge nursing care for patients recovering from elective surgery. Instead of going home from a procedure and figuring recovery out alone, a patient has a licensed nurse with them in their own space during the days that matter most.
They serve both sides of that equation: patients planning an elective procedure in the DallasβFort Worth area, and surgeons who want their patients genuinely supported once they leave the facility. You can learn more about their services at postopcollective.com.
Why a Founder-Led Business Needs Real Brand Photos
When your service is you, your photos are your product page. A founder-led business does not have packaging or a storefront doing the convincing, so the images carry it. Matching portraits across a website, LinkedIn, referral one-sheets, and an Instagram feed make a young company read as established, and that matters enormously when the ask is essentially "let us into your home while you recover."
From one studio session, Heidi and Eliza walked away with a two-person brand image for their homepage, individual portraits and headshots for their team page and surgeon referrals, vertical crops sized for social, and horizontal frames for website banners and email. That is the whole point of a planned brand shoot: one day on the calendar, months of content.
